before i get to an actual review: I'm getting 20 endurance whenever I take the class that boosts it, i am on v2.1 of the game. so when other stats are still at ~30, it's up at 100+.

My feelings are right in the middle. The premise grabbed me, I really enjoyed the demo, as well as the game pretty much until you lock in your romance. (full disclosure; I've only done the baked in romances so far) The other RO's just kind of disappear after, only showing up when the main story requires. You're still going through every single day and even though you still have the main story and RO story (except rheala) it makes the game feel really empty in the latter half.
This is something I would expect from a very short VN or like a jam, not a full VN.
I enjoyed the characters (esp Grey, he's right up my alley)! This is part of the reason I was so bummed they stopped showing up much. On this note: characters not reacting at all to the MC romancing someone is a little disappointing. I expected something from Rheala at least.
Last negative point: this felt less like a college story and more like a reskinned high school story to me.
Varied endings are also fun. I love that the epilogues aren't the same for the different characters (ex: the ROs react and end differently even when you choice say, the council oracle ending,) I mention this b/c of the lack of reactivity mentioned above, and I was surprised that I liked the drop out ending the most!
TD;LR- I don't regret buying and playing this game, but it falls short in some aspects that are important to me.

This is a pesky bug that has been popping up that we haven't been able to solve yet. Apparently, on that empty screen, the choices ARE there, just invisible. (try clicking in the blank space and see if you can get to the ending). I am assuming it's a video driver issue. But I am unsure, I'm still trying to figure out what's causing it. I am sorry you are stuck. But thanks for the info. I'm going to try some more possible fixes for the next patch.
Thanks for your help. Indeed, I can click and unlock the end, but I was afraid to miss something important. Is there a choice to make at this stage or the ending is only the consequence of the choices made during the game ? I hope you can sort this out. I love your game !
Depending on your stats, you may get more than one option on the ending screen. So it's definitely an important choice, but your playthrough may have only qualified for one ending. I'm workin on fixing this issue. Hopefully soon!
Bug report: text is not in the right locations when I first booted the game and had it on default settings (fullscreen window mode). It also pushed up the journal text so it was crowding the stars on the top of the page but when I switched to fullscreen mode and back it corrected itself, so I can't provide a screenshot for that one.
I was wondering if a steam key also comes with the purchase or do I have to buy the game on Steam 🥲 I want to access the steams achievements (if they are any)
There is a crash somewhere around week 4, the screen goes black. I know you said you are working on a patch/hotfix but I just thought I should tell you 😭😩 its kinda a bummer since I just got the game
I've been trying to play through the new update and try out the romances, but I keep running into so many errors its almost unplayable for me. :( Is anyone else experiencing any errors?
For me, it seems to start early in the game around week 4 or so when some of my stats glitch to be super high. (Composure usually, but it also happened on Endurance). I didn't mind this at first and actually thought it was a bit helpful (lol) but then later in the game around week 7 or 8 (after I've chosen the romance path) it gets to a point where it will not load the next scene. I've tried loading from an old save, completely restarting pc and starting from an older save, and still it will get stuck. It was different points on the 2 routes I've tried.
I was able to play through the Arien route, but I had to completely start over after week 9. I'd thought maybe the old save files from the original build were causing the issue so I deleted the saves in my program files, and that's when I was able to beat the Arien route, but then as I tried to play through Grey's route it happened again. Any advice is welcome!

The biggest problem is, as you said, the game refusing to load the next scene - the screen turns black, and even the roll-back option doesn't help. Every time I try loading a previous save, the game keeps being unresponsive. The same happens when I try to save whenever I get the feeling the glitches are coming - suddenly I can't save, the UI stops working, and I have to close the game altogether. I read somewhere that the chosen electives might have something to do with this, but the game kept not working even when I changed them.
I'm glad you mentioned that! I forgot to mention the saves would glitch too so I couldn't use them. Yeah, I played completely differently stats wise for the 2 routes I tried and they both glitched like crazy. I also tried downloading and playing from both the app and from my docs folder. Same issues. :(
If you remember what week/day these errors are popping up, that would be helpful! Any specifics on when these bugs are happening can help me narrow them down. Are these bugs new to 2.0 or did you experience them in earlier playthroughs?
If I remember correctly, they started popping up from Week 7 in my case. This is the first time I'm playing the game, so I have no idea if they existed in the earlier version, too.
Hello! The initial stat glitch happened in about week 4 in my first playthrough, and in the second it somehow happened before the first meeting with the council. (I remember bc the council commented on it, and that's when I noticed the huge jump in Endurance points)
The black screen glitch was around chapter 9 I believe (when the MC ends up in the infirmary) and bc I spent so long trying to fix this one I know the next scene was supposed to be Arien mind blasting the boys bullying the MC. In Grey's route I never got to continue past the black screen, but I believe it was around week 7? I had definitely chosen him as the LI and had already done the hang out in the Autumn courtyard after the threatening note. These glitches are unique to this version, I played through Arien and Kai's route with no issues in the original. If I can help more, please let me know!
Very frustrated and disappointed. When I try to play via itch.io on my steamdeck I get a black screen when picking classes in week one. Can't get it to work on Mac either despite "fixes" others have mentioned on here.

The Linux build is unplayable, week 1 Monday just goes into a black screen and stays there. Nothing shows up and the UI is unresponsive [version 2.1]
Edit: after playing the windows build via proton, it seems the first vision video refuses to play on linux

There are no Steam achievements, so feel free to buy whichever platform you'd prefer.

There's a bug around Week 7, tuesday in Arien's route. The game was just a black screen after I did the classes.

Hi, just want to say I also have a week 7 (thursday) black screen glitch with Grey's route.
Is the glitch happening AFTER the scene with Grey happens on Week 7, Thursday? Or before?
Um, I think it's after? I'll need to go back and check to be certain, but my first impulse is to say after.
the new patch should have fixed this, so update your files and let me know if the issue persists :)
