Such an amazing short horror game and cannot wait for the full release! I love the point and click gameplay and the early 90s aesthetic is super nostalgic! Fantastic job and looking forward to the full release!
I love the game style! It's unique and something about it caught my attention immediatly. Demo was really fun, can't wait for the full game to release (if it didn't already). Great work! <3
This was genuinely one of the most fun game demos I have ever played. The nostalgia hit me like a truck, it perfectly captured the time period and I love all the references that I was able to pick up. My only real issues are the hit boxes for some things feeling too small and some of the spoken dialogue not matching with the text boxes. That took me out of a few moments.
Also, I don't know why some people seem to think the portraits are AI art. Is it because of the style clash alone? This style is highly reminiscent of things like the covers of Fear Street books and old video game cover art, so I actually think it works perfectly.
Hi! the portraits were drawn by actual artists, but some people seem to think the style clashes too much, so I'm considering changing the portrait style for the full game.
Absolutely loved this! It's oozing personality. Voice Acting is on point, Aesthetics are great and the overall flow is near perfect. Puzzles were super simple but not free to do and it left me wanting more. 100% putting this on my wishlist.
Played a little of bit on YouTube. Didn't finish the whole thing. But it seems interesting. I like the graphics and the little references and the music. Will definitely consider playing the full game
The cover of this alone catapulted me right back into the 90's, when I would avidly read such Point Horror books like The Baby-Sitter, The Fever, The Cheerleader and Freeze-Tag. Ah, memories.
Loved the general aesthetic of this one, and although just a prologue it gives a great insight into the world of Super Chillers - I'm hoping this is a series that runs long and strong.
Puzzles didn't seem too taxing and based more on logic - no gluing a moustache to a kitty cat here - lol. Loved the nods and references to films at the time, and reminded me of Friday nights ordering a couple of films for the weekend. We really have been spoilt by technology.
Voice acting was on point - the actors really leaned into the world being built here, and the visuals reminded me of Point Click Killer. Have wish-listed this and looking forward to playing the whole game!
